Standard Shoots
The location is your choice. Your back yard, the French Quarter, a park. You name it. I will travel anywhere between Kenner and St. Bernard. Mileage rates apply to customers outside of the New Orleans metro area and on the Northshore.
Multi-location shoots are available, but time spent traveling between locations is deducted from photo shoot time. Additional time can be added to a photo session in advance of the shoot at $25 per hour.
Standard photo sessions are 1 hour with about 15 minutes of leeway, if necessary. Extra time can be added to the session for $25 per hour IN ADVANCE of the shoot.
Yes. If you’d like to add a new shot to a print package, you may choose from the A La Carte Menu. If you’d like to order additional prints of an image already in a photo package, you may choose from the Extras Menu.
The decision is yours. However, I will advise you on color coordination and clothing options depending on the type of location we choose.
There is no restriction on how many outfits or poses we shoot. We can do as many as we can fit into our alloted time. Keep in mind, whether or not you can change your clothes depends on where we shoot. How many shots you can order depends on the package you choose.
A typical shoot can produce up to 40 pictures. How many poses or wardrobes you receive depends on the print package you purchase.
You may also choose to order a CD. The photos are burned onto a CD in a high-resolution JPEG format suitable for printing at 8×12. Each CD also contains a slideshow and is burned with your favorite photo on the top side.
Yes. Family, senior and model/actor shoots include general retouching on your favorite few photos, depending on the package. I correct for minor skin blemishes, wrinkles and teeth whitening to ensure your photos look great. Extensive retouching, like body slimming or custom graphic design is charged at $45 per hour with a one hour minimum.
No.
Face The Web
Face The Web is a photo package specially tailored to Facebook and the social web. Maybe you need an awesome picture for an online dating site. Maybe you need to put your best foot forward on LinkedIn. Whatever the case, Face The Web is the solution to camera phone snapshots.
Your profile pictures are all about you and your personality. Wear what suits you! I will shoot anything that won’t get you banned from whichever website you’re posting to.
Profile pictures are best when they feature just one person. However, Face The Web is good for up to two people.
A typical shoot can produce 20-40 pictures. The photos are burned onto a CD in a web-resolution size. Each CD is burned with your favorite photo on the top side.
All photos are corrected for proper color and exposure. General retouching is mostly unnecessary on photos destined for the internet. However, retouching for minor blemishes, fine wrinkles, and teeth whitening is available for $7 per photo (and you’d really only need one or two).
Yes. You can order prints in any variety of sizes. I also offer mounted prints, canvas prints and fine art papers. For a full price guide, see here.
General
The largest photo I can print is 24×36 at 144 DPI.
Yes. If you purchase any print package, you can select from any design on file. CD-only orders do not qualify.
Drugstore prints often look like they were printed with a home inkjet printer. They’re rough and the grain is huge! My prints are actual photographic prints, reproduced on light-sensitive paper, the same way a film print would be. My labs use high-quality Kodak paper that will last for 100 years if properly taken care of.
Me. I do all of my own graphic design. I do not use any generic or mass-produced templates, so the only place you will find my art is right here.
This website is run on the Wordpress content management system. I use a custom-modified version of a theme called Core Minimalist Photography by Peerapong Pulpipatna.
